Purchase conditions:
- valid licenses for the right to use subsurface resources valid for at least 10 years;
- recoverable / residual recoverable reserves of at least 12 million tons;
- the oil recovery factor is not less than 0.25;
- availability of project documents for the development of the field (TsKR, GZZ);
- infrastructure (preparation, delivery, power lines, roads, etc.);
